Kristen is a visionary leader in resilience, chronic disease management, neuroplasticity and organizational health and effectiveness. With a passion for helping individuals and organizations thrive, she has dedicated her career to building healthier, more resilient workplaces and communities.

She has collaborated with Montana Technological University on research into college students’ long-term motivation, and she has presented on critical topics including burnout and work-life balance. Kristen is also the creator of innovative programs such as Positivity With Purpose™, Best Practices of Caregiving for the Caregiver™, and Mindfulness Shortcuts™, which have helped clients achieve meaningful and lasting results.

As a coach, speaker, and innovator, Kristen empowers leaders and teams to align well-being with performance, driving sustainable success. 

Kristen's expertise extends beyond her personal experience. She has collaborated with Montana Technological University on the research of college students' long-term motivation. She presented on critical topics including burnout and work-life balance that achieved needle-moving results with a 96% success rate in just 4 hours of training, through Mindfulness ShortcutsTM.

 

These successes led to the creation of Positivity with PurposeTM programs, Best Practices of Caregiving for the CaregiverTM, and Mindfulness ShortcutsTM, designed to support both individuals and organizations in navigating complex health and workplace challenges, and coached clients to remarkable health improvements-such as lowering A1C levels and reducing BMI in just 90 days.

Her work became especially crucial during the Covid-19 pandemic, as burnout levels soared across healthcare, businesses, and communities. Kristen responded by expanding her programs to meet the growing need for resilience and well-being support, aiming to reduce the impact of declining customer satisfaction and create healthier, more productive environments.
